International Shipping

1. European Tracked Delivery: For £10, enjoy tracked delivery within 7-10 working days.

2. International Tracked Delivery: Available for £11, with delivery expected in 7-10 working days.

3. Free International Shipping: Orders over £100 qualify for free tracked shipping, with delivery typically taking 7-10 working days.

Processing Time

All orders undergo a processing period of 1-3 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak times such as Black Friday and the Christmas season, processing may extend to 5-7 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Address Accuracy

Ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct at checkout. We cannot modify addresses once the order is dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a fee will be charged for redelivery.
